4.1 Ownership. You retain full ownership of all audio, artwork, and other content you upload to Featur ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant Featur a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
4.2 Your Responsibility. You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any content you upload.
- Your content does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.
- You have the right to grant the license described in Section 4.1.
4.3 Prohibited Content. You may not upload content that:
- Infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right
- Contains unlicensed samples, beats, or recordings owned by third parties
- Is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable
- Violates any applicable law or regulation
5. Copyright & DMCA
Featur respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. If you believe content on Featur infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice to [DMCA EMAIL] including:
- Your contact information
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the infringing material and its location on Featur
- A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized
- A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Your physical or electronic signature
Featur will respond to valid DMCA notices and remove infringing content. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

- Impersonate any person or entity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service without permission
- Use the Service to distribute malware or malicious code
