  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  • Identification of the infringing material and its location on Featur
  • A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized

Featur will respond to valid DMCA notices and remove infringing content. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

6. Connects & Messaging

The Featur connect and messaging system is intended for genuine creative collaboration. You may not use the messaging feature to harass, spam, or send unsolicited commercial messages to other users. Featur reserves the right to remove any content or suspend accounts that violate this policy.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FEATUR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY USER CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. FEATUR'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Featur and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

Featur reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.
